Woofs and Wags Pet Lodge Policies
- Proof of current vaccinations for dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, & Influenza
- Bordetella MUST be current or administered at least 2 weeks PRIOR to boarding and no cough present!
- Proof of vaccinations for cats: FVRCP & Rabies
- Puppies at 4 months and over MUST have all required series of DHPP prior to boarding. Copies of vaccination records will be kept in guest files.
- All dogs must be in good health and not have stitches or bandages.
- We will not accept any dog that has recently had surgery (within the past 3 weeks), or has stitches. Incisions must be completely healed.
- The owner of any female dog in season must notify us before arrival and will be charged another $10.00 per day for stay.
- All dogs over the age of 11 months must be spayed or neutered to attend doggie daycare.
- We reserve the right to refuse any per for any service we provide.
- All pets must be on some form of flea and tick preventative.
- Any pet not picked up 7 days after scheduled pick up will be considered abandoned and we will partner with area rescues to find suitable homes for them.
- We administer oral medications to dogs only. No injections to dogs or cats and no oral meds to cats.
- We offer grooming services by appointment only to dogs. We currently don't offer cat grooming.
- You may cancel any reservation for any service 24 hours before scheduled reservation to avoid charges.
- We have many pets that stay with us that have some form of behavioral issue and do very well for us. This is because the owners have talked to us in advance and we have developed a plan to allow their pet to have a good experience while staying with us. If you feel your pet might be difficult it's always best to deal with it before hand.
- We love what we do and take the care of your pet very seriously so while you're away you can relax knowing they are in good hands.
- Boarding check out time is 11am. A late check out fee of $10 per hour will be charged until it reaches the cost of an additional day (3:30pm).
